General Shipping Information:

  • We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible but in general all orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday through Sunday will generally ship on Monday. (Please note that holidays may affect shipping dates and times).
  • We cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost we can help you file a claim with the carrier to have the item replaced or refunded. 
  • Items that are returned to us due to incorrect address will incur a reshipment charge. Please verify you have entered the correct address before placing your purchase. 

Shipping costs

  • Shipping prices are calculated based on package weight and destination. The shipping rates are set by the carrier.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. There are some situations when shipping can be combined or a slight overage has incurred, when this happens we will gladly issue you a refund for the cost difference of over $2.

  • We ship worldwide! We are based out of California in the United States.

Where is my order?
